  1. Oh, yes, I can see that that would be very enticing for a kitty!! Mine would be just the same :)

  2. Haha! My kitty is scared of little bugs, I'm not sure he would like this one as much as your cute kitties! But that poor bug must be very happy to be on the other side of the window right now!

    1. That's a good thing for you, Kay! Mine will eat *anything* and, in fact, Isabel may have once gotten very sick from eating a bug. She had a high fever and was listless, so I took her in. The vet asked if she eats insects. I said yes and he told me that some insects can be toxic to cats. Yikes!

  4. Love these photos! Edgar, our only outside adventurer who makes a dash toward any open door, loves lizards. The remains are sad and unpleasant, but Tabbies are predators and at least there has never been a bird.

    1. Yes, we've been there with the "gifts". Our two kitties are indoors-only because Miss Spooky loved the outdoors just a little too much. She was injured several times - once by a pack of dogs and the other two times . . . no idea. I also had to talk her down from trees, quite a bit. At one point, we were leaving the garage door up and locking it in place with about a 6" opening. We had a cat door through which they could enter the house and that meant they could go all the way from the indoors to the outside as they pleased. BAD IDEA. After they brought us several birds, lizards and chipmunks (some of them alive enough that we had to chase them down), we slammed shut the door to freedom. :)
